Takmil ul-Imaan

Torment of Grave
To believe in the torment of grave is mandatory as per beliefs of AhlusSunnah wal Jama’at. The meaning of grave is the ‘Aalame Barzakh’ which serves as a connection between this world and the after. This torment is meant for non-believers and sinful believers. They will go through hardship and torment in Aalame Barzakh, and those who are submissive and obedient of Almighty will be showered with glory and rewards. And Almighty will reward them with gifts as He would wish.

Munkir & Nakeer are the names of two angels, who are very dreadful, black colored and with blue eyes.They come to grave of every man and ask him about his God, his prophet and his faith. If by the grace of Almighty, answers are provided, by the blessings of knowledge,  then the doors of glory and blessings are will be opened for him and he will be like a newly wed bride. And from the same narrow and dark grave, will made a garden from the gardens of heaven. And if his the answers are not correct, then he will have to bear the torment and the hardship and his grave will made a crucible from the crucibles of hell.
Verses and ahadeeth are available on this topic. We should have belief in them and all the conditions of the torment should be left to the knowledge of Almighty, irrespective of whether these conditions are related to life in Aalame Barzakh or related to the soul. These conditions are known to his Almighty, the most capable, however he wants, we should accept in the same way.
The fact is, as per Ahlus Sunnah wal Jam’at just the information of these things are sufficient and understanding is not required.
Some Scholars have said the Munkir-Nakeer  appear as dreadful angels for sinners but for righteous, angels name Mubashhir & Basheer appear in the  grave. This statement is not free from foolishness, though it is mentioned in Ahadeeth.
These scholars have also said that since these angles question different types & kinds of people, out of which some will not be able to answer and some answer them correctly. Hence they are named Munkir-Nakeer, so that they go to every dead with these questions. Hence two angels are present in the book of deeds of every person as patron. And the same two angels are resemble in different areas at the same time. (that is their resemblence are present in every time and place)  
Author of ‘Khulasa’ & ‘Bazdawi’ has clarified in his fatwa that questioning by Munkir-Nakeer doesn't happen after burying, but questions are asked in all situations after leaving the physical life. When body is placed in a coffin with the intention of shifting to other place and if the body is eaten by the animal, then questions are asked in the stomach (of animal) itself.
The correct opinion is that Prophets are not questioned in the grave. Even if they are questioned, they are asked about the ‘tauheed’ and the condition of Ummah. And even in asking these questions the honor and  the respect of prophets is maintained.  
Questions to children of believers :  Difference of opinion is found between scholars on the issue of questioning to of children of believers in the grave. Most of them have opined that they are questioned but Angles teach them in the form of questions that they say ‘ALLAH is my God’ , my religion is Islam and my Prophet is Muhammed (peace be upon him) Or the Almighty inspire them the answers so that they answer the way Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) answered from his cradle.


Questions to children of non-believers: Imam Abu Hanifa has maintained silence in the case of children of non-believers, and he has maintained silence due to conflict between the proofs, and he has not made a clear opinion on their reward and torment. But some scholars say that such children will enter the hell and other say they will enter heaven. Muhammed ibn al-Hussain says that: I believe that Almighty will not torment any innocent, hence these will not be questioned


Jinns will also be questioned in grave because many proofs are found regarding this. Imam Abu Hanifa has maintained silence on how believer Jinns will be rewarded but he agrees the torment of disbeliever Jinns. Ibn Abdul Bar says that absolute disbeliever will not be questioned and he will be tormented without being questioned but Munafiqs will be questioned.


Some interpreters of hadeeth have expressed the opinion that the believers who got get martyred, or died die in on the way of Almighty, or died die on Friday and or thursday,or those who used to recited recite Surah Mulk every night, or died die due to oedema and diarrhea, will also be exempted from the questioning of grave.


Tirmizi and Ibn Abdul Bar have also mentioned that questioning of grave is from the feature of great Ummah of Prophet (peace be upon him). They have the opinion that the reason behind their early torment in Aalame Barzakh is that their sins are removed forgiven fast so that they are clean of all sins when they reach the ground of resurrection on the day of final judgement. This is also mentioned in Sharah Aqeedatu Tahawi.

What is Qiyamah : Sometimes the blowing of trumpet is called Qiyamat. But some have interpreted it as the whole duration from the beginning of death to entering the heaven as Qiyamah.But the fact is if we look into this deeply, these conditions are faced everyday by man but still people are negligent and unaware of the day of judgement.Its in hadeeth that when dawn dusk  is set and heart of people is filled with sadness and grief and horror and fear, all the birds and animals come back to their home and reach the valley of sleep in night and they are submerged in a form of death. This is the minimal effect of the blowing of first trumpet. Then soon after waking up all living creatures get busy in their everyday life and spread across. This is the sign of blowing of second trumpet and physical world is shows up again.


The balance of Justice : On the day of judgement all the acts and deeds of people will be checked and then weighted, though the Almighty knows all the acts and deeds completely. but still there are many wisdoms hidden in weighing of deeds. One of the wisdom is that man will know the reality of his deeds without any doubt. And other wisdoms are not known by anyone other than Almighty and he is most knowledgable. It is not required for us to understand the condition of balance and balance of deeds but for belief, it is just sufficient to accept it.
Regarding balance it can be said with without doubt that it is a scale with two pans, one beam and one needle (through which weight is measured). Each pan will be larger than the spaces of earth and sky. Hazrat Salman Farsi told that if whole earth and sky and all the creatures on them are put in one pan, it will accomodate. The pan of virtue will be on the right of throne(arsh) and exactly opposite to the gate of heaven. And the pan of sin will be on the left of throne and exactly opposite to the gate of hell. Some scholars have said that by balance, it means a thing through which deeds can be measured, irrespective of the shape and size of the balance. The aim is that justice is revealed delivered on the day of judgement and balance is just a resemblance. This is just an interpretation of the opinion of Scholars, otherwise the existence of Balance is not just the resemblance but its existence is true and traditions are available on this. We should have faith in it and should not get into the fraud of reasoning.
One of the way in which deeds which will be weighted is that Almighty will make the virtues in the form of light and sins will be made as dark bodies, and they will be measured like this that. The books of deeds will also we weighted and these they will be either heavy or light as per the deeds of people. The hadeeth of bataqa explains this. bataqa is the piece of paper on which rate price  of a thing is written. Here it is meant that, if the pan of virtues is light for someone then ‘la ilaaha il lallaah’ will be placed on it and that pan will become heavy. Some ulema have applied both the hadeeth and  explained that deeds and book of deeds, both will be weighted.
In this by ‘mawazeen’ (many balances) it means there will be a balance for each Ummah and each group. And no thing and no person will be exempted by the balance of justice. The plural has also been used to show the greatness and the number of parts of this balance.Bringing the person to the balance of justice who doesn't have any virtue or he hasn't committed any sin, will be to disgrace him or to show his nobility. There is wisdom in weighing the deeds of disbelievers also otherwise they don't have any virtue which should be weighted. but yes it is possible that specific virtues of some disbelievers may lead to lessening of  their torment. It is said the state of heavy and light of the balance of justice will not be like the balance of the world. The pan which will get raised will be considered heavy and the one which will lower down will be considered light.  But hadeeth by bataqaa rejects this.


Books of Deeds : The books of deeds in which sins and virtues of people are written are true do exist. The books of deeds will be given t o believers in their right hand and to disbelievers in their left hand.It is established that books of deeds will be handed to believers in thier right hands and to disbelievers on their left hand, from behind thier back. There left hand will be glued to their back. Hands of some disbelievers will be attached to their back just behind their chest. this will be done to differentiate between believers and disbelievers so that believers are glorified and disbelievers are disgraced.
There is difference of opinion between scholars in the case of sinful believers. some say that their book of deeds will be given to them in their right hand, but this will be awarded only after they served their punishment and have come out of the hell fire. Some scholars have opinion opined that they will be given the books of deeds in their right hand but they will not be able to read it, but will be able to read it after getting out of hell fire. Some scholars believe that books of deeds will not be given to them either in right hand or left hand, but will be placed in front of them. Some scholars opine that instead of giving them the books of deeds they it will be read to them. The fact is, there is no clear proof in this matter and the above opinions are just the conclusions and deductions. Judgement of deeds is also a cardinal matter of faith. Just like books of deeds are true same way accounting of deeds is also true.


Questions and Inquiry : The questions by Almighty to his thrall on what virtues they did and what sins they committed is true. Angles will also be accounted for. First of all Gibraeel will be questioned on how he delivered the entrusted revelation to the prophets of god. in some ahadeeth it is also mentioned that first preserved tablet(louhe mahfooz) will be questioned. When it will be presented, it will shiver with fear of Almighty and he it will be asked as to who are your witness that you transferred the knowledge of Almighty to Gibraeel. It will say that Israfeel is my witness. When Israfeel will be presented even he will be shivering by with the fear of Almighty. Then Prophets will be brought and they will be questioned about the propagation of the revelation and discharge of (duties of)entrusted to the prophethood. In worship, the first thing to be questioned will be about Salah and in transaction it will be about blood. virtues of tyrants will be given to oppressed and sins of oppressed will be placed on tyrants.
it is stated in hadeeth that in exchange of one ‘wang’ (0.74gm) 700 accepted salah will be given. It is narrated in some ahadeeth that even some people will have virtues of 70 prophets and he is required to pay half wang. He will not be able to enter heaven unless he pleases his lender.


Its strange that such is day is going to come and people rest on their bed and say that whatever I have others dont doesn't and whatever I know others dont doesn’t. The Such people are in ignorance. Scholars are busy in discussions and debates. Soofiya are claiming the pride and validity. And the truth is they do not have any clue of what will happen to them on the day of judgement. They are so busy in their consumed by their ignorance that they are unaware of what will be happening happen to them and what a hard day they will have to face. They spend whole day talking and they are away from thinking about day of judgement and death. Inna lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’oon.


O! the thrall of Almighty, now seek the mercy of Almighty. If he would want he would please these present claimant by showing the heaven from far and would ask who can buy this? They will accept that O! Almighty who can buy it from you? who can have so much wealth and money? Almighty will say that you can buy it as you have the price to pay for it. If you absolve your rights on your believing brother and forgive him then heaven is for you. After hearing this mercy of Almighty they will absolve their rights and gain the heaven.


It has also described in hadeeth that, Almighty will cover his noble thrall by the curtains of mercy, when they are questioned on the day of Judgement, and they will questioned in such a way that other will not know it and Almighty would say just like I veiled your sins in the world likewise i have forgiven you today with my mercy. Their noble books of deeds will be handed over to them . Disbelievers and hypocrites will be disgraced and this announcement will be made; ………………..


Even though his mercy works but his justice also makes us afraid.

The fountain of Abundance (Hauz ul Kausar):  The existence and presence of fountain of abundance is true. Almighty has made his beloved Prophet the complete absolute owner of the fountain and (Inna Ataina Kal Kausar) points towards it.
The length of fountain will be the distance of one month. Its water is whiter than milk and smell is better than musk.Its shores will be brighter than the stars of the sky. After drinking once there will not be thirst for the second time. Different ahadeeth have been recorded regarding the length and width of foundation, and unit of measure is taken care as per the audience. Hence people of Yemen are told <vvvvvvvvvvv> Fountain will be from Sana, the city of Yemen to Adan. People of Shaam are told about its dimensions differently.  Everyone has been told about the length and width with the dimension which he knows and understands.
In some ahadeeth the length of fountain has been described as per time like we have mentioned above that length of fountain will be a distance of one month. The main aim by objective of all these narrations is to show the length and greatness of it.


Some scholars have said that every prophet will be given a fountain of abundance as per his rank and honour.  Imam  Qurtubi narrates that our prophet will have two fountains and both will be named ‘Kausar’.
Ameerul Monimeer Hazrat Ali will serve at the fountain. There is problem for the one who is not full of his love and thirsty of his glimpse, that he will not be able to drink water from the fountain. There are also many narrations found in which Ameerul Momineen said that person who doesn't have love for Sayyiduna Abu Bakr , will not be given even a single drop of water from fountain.


The Bridge (Pul Siraat): Pul Siraat is true. On the day of judgement, Almighty will create a road on the back of hell, which will be thinner than the hair and sharper than sword and all the creatures will be ordered to pass through it. People of heaven will cross it and reach heaven. some people will reach like a flash of light and some like fast air and some like speed of a fast horse, so everybody will cross it as per his rank and status.The path of faith and justice in this world is a resemblance of this pul sirat.
The feet of people of hell will tremble and they will fall into hell fire. The verse of Quran <> explains it.  From this it is known that passing pul sirat is common applicable to for all. Even prophets and Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) will also pass through pul sirat.
some people of heart(???) said that, the reason behind passing the pul sirat by prophet (peace be upon him) is that he will console his sinful followers in the time of separation, who unfortunately will get caught in hell fire. In one narration Abdullah bin Abbas has narrated that Prophet (peace be upon him)is an exeption and doesnt come under this generalization. He will be standing and will watch the passing of whole ummah in front of him. And the truth that when  he walks through fire it will become garden for believers. Fire will plead when a normal believer will pass over it <> O! believer pass in speed, your light of faith has lowered my flames. So what will be the value of fire in front of Prophet (peace be upon him) who is light of the lights of believers. His light illuminated the forehead of Hazrat ibraheem and made fire a garden and what will be the effect when the noor itself comes without any mediation.


Intercession of Prophet(peace be upon him):
Seeking forgiveness for the sinners by Prophets, Saints, Noble of Ummah, Scholars of religion and close angels due to honor and the glory given to them by the Almighty, is true. First Prophet (peace be upon him) will get the doors of intersession opened which will make everyone know how much he is respected and graced in the court of Almighty. And it will also be known how much  he is glorified for this special day. When all the people of the world will be in the state of shock and jolt due to fear and horror on the ground of judgement and would wish for an intercessor who can save them from the torment and remove their tension, Firts they will go to Hazrat Adam and will say ; you are the father of the humans, Almighty made you from his own hands, placed you at the best place in heaven, made Angels prostrate you, taught you the names of all things, Do intercession for us on this hard day. Hazrat Adam will say : It is beyond my strength to stand in the court of the Almighty. Till today, the embarrassment of eating the wheat grain or the prohibited tree, doesn't let me  raise my head. I committed the mistake even though the Almighty informed me about it. May be Hazrat Nooh will be able to help you. People will come to Hazrat Nooh and he will suggest them to go to Hazrat Ibraheem.Hazrat Ibraheem will request them to Hazrat Moosa and he will direct them to Hazrat Isa.
These Zealous Prophets will send all the creatures towards Prophet (peace be upon him) . Whole creatures will come to the court of, the final prophet, the leader of Prophets, the Intercessor of the day of Judgement,<>, and tell their condition.No body can take the position of Maqaam Mehmood (Position of great glory)  which was promised on earth <soon will thy Lord raisethee to a Station of Praise and Glory! - Quran : Bani Israeel/79> other than Prophet (peace be upon him). Prophet will stand up and bow down for prostration. He will be asked to raise his head, and ask for all his needs for it will be fulfilled, and ask anything  for everything will be accepted.Prophet will raise his head from prostration and praise the Almighty and would ask for intercession for the forgiveness of sinners. prophet will again bow down for prostration and would do intercession for other sinners and would raise his head third time only when all the sinners are forgiven and nobody is left except for the people who are destined to hell fire in Quran that is disbelievers, polytheists and deniers.
hadeeth on the same subject is present in Saheeh Hadeeth of Bukhari & Muslim that every sinner will wish for intercession and only the sinners which belong to Ummah of other Prophets and for whom others are allowed to intercede, will be left.  In another hadeeth it is mentioned that no sinner will be left after the intercession of the Prophet (peace be upon him). The intercession will be asked even for the people who do not have any virtue other than ‘ la ila ha illallaah’ and those who were busy in committing sins and disobedience. There will be an order from the Almighty that these are my chosen people , so I intercede for them and remove them from hell fire. So this day will be the day of prophet (peace be upon him) and his place will place of praise and it will suit him as he will be the guest of Almighty and he will patron others. The Quran Says : And verily thy Lord will give unto thee so that thou wilt be content.(93:5) O! my lover, O! my beloved, O! my special one, I will reward you so much and bless you so much that you be will be content, no wish of your heart will remained unfulfilled. O! Muhammed everyone wants to please me but I wish your pleasure. Prophet will say : I will not be pleased until a single sinner from my ummah is not forgiven.
Scholars of religion say that the verse: <> is specific to Ummah of Prophet (peace be upon him) though for Ummah of Nooh is addressed <ALLAH will forgive your some sins>
As per Nahw, the ‘man’ refers to meaning of ‘some’ or ‘few’ . that means by <baaz zunubakum> its meant that blessings of Almighty will be all of them but some of their sins will be judged. The truth is its just the blessing of the most forgiver Almighty that brings hope and glad tidings for sinners. Since guest will be beloved hence his patronage will also be seen with respect. <>


You become his Ummah and surrender yourself to him. All the hardships will be eased.  All these hardships are because till now correct relation the bond  has not been established with him. When the relation is established there will not be any issues for you. Thousands of  sins doesn't dont have any value in front of the belief in Prophet.  If a person is illuminated by the light of faith then the darkness of sins can not enter his heart. A person who has grief for faith doesn't grief for the world.


It was seen that Sufiyan Sauri spent whole night weeping. People asked why you kept weeping, stay happy, you do not have the burden of sins on your back. He replied: Even if sins comes as mountain still it doesn't have any value in front of the mercy of the Almighty. I’m crying that because I don’t know whether I will be able to take my faith safely or not.


The stages of Intercession: The are few points regarding intercession which are still not covered. It should be noted that there are many stages of Intercession. At first place i.e. on the ground of judgement, there will be great fear and panic. people will face extreme hardship and pain while standing. Here intercession will be to lessen the hardship. Secondly, Intercession will ease the things at the time of questioning and judgement so that there is no questioning. Its narrated in Hadeeth that <Who is questioned in judgement, will be tormented>
thirdly, Intercession will be done while the ruling about torment is delivered, so that sins can be forgiven.
Fourthly, the intercession will be done while removing from the hellfire so that so that he is still forgiven.
Fifthly, the intercession will also be done to get high ranks and more virtues in heaven.
Like a person is taken to a kings courts. Standing in the court,He shivers due to fear and then a close ministers intercedes for him and king orders the person to sit and ask to question him softly. Again on someone else’s recommendation King will order not to question him and even if he is questioned it should be done very politely and softly. Sometimes when the charge is proved and the guilty is sent to prison, still he is released because of someone's recommendation. And sometimes the person is set free after his ordeal and serving a long period of time. And sometimes he is given a position soon after detention. Hence all the sinners should have the faith that Leader of the Prophets (peace be upon him) is authorized to intercede due to his high rank and position and closeness to the Almighty. And someone has said so beautifully..

The intercession of the Prophet will be common for whole Ummah but the intercession will be done for all the creatures.  Hence the special intercession will be done for the people of Medina, the visitors to the grave of Prophet and for those who sent salutation upon him in abundance.


Scholars while explaining the reality of intercession says that the rays of Almighty’s mercy reflect on the heart of prophet and it in turn reflects on the people who are near and around him.  Just like when the rays of Sun fall on water, it is illuminated due to the reflection and this  reflection illuminates the wall which is opposite to the surface of water. So the best inclination and alignment is attained by focusing the hearts toward the Prophet and following his Sunnah.


But there are many stages of intercession and for the forgiveness of sins presence of complete faith is bail for intercession. The most effective thing in this case is sending the salutations on Prophet in abundance.


Heaven & Hell:
The description of Heaven & hell as given in verses and ahadeeth is true. There are different statements regarding heaven & hell by Scholars. They say heaven will be either on 1st sky or fourth sky or on seventh one but hell fire will be below ground. According one statement, hell will also be on sky. A group of ulema have maintained silence on stating their locations. According them there is no clear proof about it. These locations are better know to the Almighty.  It is written in Sharah Maqasid that there is no definite evidence on the location of Heaven and hell. but most of the Scholars opine that heaven will on seventh sky below the throne and hell will be below seventh earth. The hard thing is that it is said Quran  <and for a Garden whose breadth is the heavens and the earth, prepared for the pious. 3:133> When this is the breadth of heaven then how can it be correct to fix its position on earth or sky? this is answered by Scholars of exegesis as,when the sky and earth will be breath of heaven at that time sky and earth will be joined. but this is not the correct reality. The best interpretation out of all interpretation is that ,since for a man’s understanding there is nothing which has length and breadth more sky and earth hence exaggeration is done to tell the breath of heaven. Its not aimed to specify its dimension. The fact is, Except the Almighty no one knows the dimension of the heaven. A small house in heaven can be equal to or more than the area of earth and sky.


A’eraaf
Airaf is the name of the place between heaven and hell. it will neither have the comfort of heaven nor the torment of hell. The existence of A’eraf is not proved by correct narrations and definite proofs. Some says that the Almighty has ordered to place in it, the children of polytheists and the people in whose lifetime there was no revelation.  imam Subki opines that the existance of A’eraf is proved from Ahadeeth and scholars are also not in favour of it.  This verse of Quran <and on [its] elevations are men who recognize all by their mark. 7:46> directs towards the walls and elevations of heaven and hell which are present in between them and by ‘men’, Prophets, martyrs, noble believers, scholars and angels are meant. People of heaven and hell will be recognized by signs on their forehead ………………….

hell and heaven have been created and are still present. Its not that they will be created on the day of judgement. The story of Hazrat Adam & Hawwa is a very strong proof on the existence of heaven.

The heaven and hell and people in them will always be alive and will remain for ever. Once everybody hs died then they will live forever. There will not be any death in heaven and hell. Hence it is said <I have raised you forever>


Things related to day of judgement:
All the conditions of the day of judgement mentioned by the Prophet are true. All the signs related to day of judgement told by the most true Prophet are true. rising of sun from west, Closure of the doors of repentance, Emergence of Dajjal & Daab batul Ard , descension of Jesus from sky and blowing of trumpet and all the other situations of the day of judgement other than these, until the entrance in heaven have been told by the Prophet.  All the information and order of the prophet is true and right. We have briefly written few things, but the all information is present in detail in the books of Ahadeeth.


Confirmation by heart & acceptance by tongue:
Acceptance of the oneness of the Almighty and prophethood of the Prophet by heart is Iman. and it is necessary to accept these by tongue too. Acceptance by heart is the reality of faith and acceptance by tongue is the sign of faith. Since tongue expresses the heart and it is not possible to find the state of heart without the acceptance of the tongue. Issuance of physical order  is done by tongue only.  If a person is mute or someone is forced to utter words of disbelief but he has faith in heart, but even after accepting faith by heart he didn't get the chance to accept it by tongue and died before it. So in this acceptance by tongue is not mandatory.


According to Ahle Hadeeth, without confirmation by heart and acceptance by tongue, faith can not be attained. …………………….
Faith is the state of having correct belief on Prophet, obeying the orders and announcement by tongue. Without these three faith can not be proved.


There is no real difference in this opinion. The perfect faith is the one which is described because faith without deeds is incomplete. But real faith is the acceptance by heart. Faith is like a tree whose trunk is ‘acceptance’.  Deeds are the results of this ‘acceptance’.  A tree which doesn't have branches, leaves, flowers and fruits is not fit to be called a tree. But the useful tree is the one which has branches and leaves. Similarly the perfect faith is the one which is decorated by the leaves of noble deeds. A person without deeds will have imperfect faith. but Imperfect faith will also be called faith. Many places in Quran, faith has been joined with noble deeds. <,,,,>
People who accepted faith and did noble deeds ---- From this verse it is clear that real faith is acceptance and noble deeds are different thing, even though it is required for the perfection of faith. This can be understood by this example that a person has one and thing and the other. Hence it will be understood that he has both things but both are separate. Hence it will not be correct to call it as one thing and people who join them in one are mistaken.


It should also be understood that just believing Prophet as true is not faith but its acceptance by heart is also necessary because knowledge is different and faith is different.   <........>

The Acceptance of Supplications: Almighty accepts the supplications by his bounty and fulfills the needs. If the supplication is done with sincere intentions and from heart. and prostration with humility is done in the court of the Almighty then the grace of the Almighty never rejects it and it is accepted in this world and the after.


Conditions for fulfilment of Supplications: There are conditions for the fulfilment of the supplications and there are place and time for the acceptance of supplications. The biggest condition is that it is done from heart and the person should have a halaal living. The biggest obstruction in the acceptance of the supplication is that the person repeatedly says that i have prayed many time but it never got accepted. How can it be accepted when the prerequisites for the acceptance of supplication are not present and the presence of the factors which prevent the acceptance?But still we should be hopeful from the grace and bounty of the Almighty.
In short, supplication is a worship. <......> Just like different worships are required at their specific times and causes even acceptance of supplications has its specific time and reasons. Supplications must be done at the time of trouble and problems. The Almighty says : <> Supplicate to me, I wil accept.


A farmer asks for an arabian horse in a Kings court but the King instead give him a pair of cattle. So apprantly the king hasnt accepted his request and the type of horse he wanted wasnt given. But the reality is that the thing which is given to him is many times better than the horse. The benefit he will reap in his fields by cattles can not be obtained by the horse. Instead horse will create an issue in his low lifestyle.


Similarly we pray for unrequired and useless worldly things, whose non-acceptance is beneficial for us. We become ignorant of the will of the Almighty due to self love and get trapped in the torment of the next world. if the Almighty gives the eyes of knowledge


Being deprived of something's also a type of Almighty’s blessing.


Prayers of disbeliever are not accepted but the prayers he did for the straying is accepted. If he prays for the worldly affairs it is accepted.  However the prayers of the oppressed, whether believer or unbeliever are accepted.


Pride on sins:
It is disbelief to deem a sin valid and consider it light. The sin should be considered a sin even though it is done under the influence of human urges and the sins committed should be confessed. Committing lighter sins should also be avoided otherwise its continuous repetition will open the door for grave sins.


Mockery of sacred law:
It is disbelief to mock the rulings of sacred law. This mockery and ridiculation is actually the sign of rejection and refutation of the sacred law.


Accepting the disbelief jokingly:
It is disbelief to utter the statements of disbelief as joke and mockery. Even if something else is meant in heart and it is not believed. Actually mockey leads to disdain.  When deeming a sin light is disbelief then deeming disbelief light is far more disbelief. Even though the person doesn't know that this is disbelief, not knowingly does not free him from the sin. Some scholars have exempted the people who utter the statements of disbelief by mistake. If statement comes out by negligence or automatically, then it will not be disbelief.


Utterance of statements of disbelief in the state of intoxication:     
A person does not become disbeliever by uttering the statements of disbelief in the state of insobriety and intoxication because in this state the intelligence is lost. But other actions are executed (in this state) like giving divorce, freeing the slave, doing business transaction. The differenec is that, disbelief is a very grave matter, and one should avoid it as much as possible. And decline of intelligence and its treatment can be done but faith is most desired and required, so however possibel it should be proved.


According to Imam Abu Hanifa & Imam Shafa’i , utterance of statement of disbelief proves the disbelief in the state of intoxication.  


Following a Fasiq:
Salah is accepted behind every pious and impious. It is not correct to leave the congregation. And we should not wait for a pious and righteous leader so that we pray in congregation. Congregation is Sunnat-e-Mu’akkada’. Prophet (peace be upon him) has strictly emphasised to pray in congregation. If a pious and righteous person is foudn he should lead the prayers, otherwise it is allowed to pray behidn any muslim. It is even allowed behind immoral and sinner provided his immorality hasn't reached the disbelief. But it is mandatory that the Imam is aware of the rulings of Salaah and the amount of Quranic verses for the validity of Salaah.

Wiping the Socks:It is allowed to wipe the socks according to Scholars of Ahlus Sunnah and this is a sign of being Sunni. In case of resident, he should wipe once in a day and night and in cas eof traveller he should wipe once in three days and nights.
It should be remembered that washing feets is better than wiping the socks. But accepting the validiting of wiping socks is also necessary. One who acts on permissibility in the times of accussation is he nearer to the requireemnt.


Three signs of Sunnis: Tafdil us ShieKhain, Muhabbatul Muhtatain and Masah alal Khuffain. Accepting Hazrat Abu Bakr & Hazrat Umar better than all other companions, Loving Hazrat Usman & Hazrat Ali and wiping the socks. Shia are devoid of these signs. Imam Hasan Basri says that : I have seen 70 companions who deemed it valid to wipe over the socks. Hazrat Ali was asked about wiping on socks, He said : It is allowed for a Travevler to wipe once in three days and nights and for resident to do it once in a day and night. He strongly said that he has heard the same from the Prophet (peace be upon him). Hazrat Ali said at another place that If its was allowed to follow intellects in Shariah, i would have ordered to wipe the base of the socks, but according to order of Shariah, it is approved only to wipe over the socks.


Status of astrologer and Stargazers:
believing the astrologer who claims to know the unseen is also disbelief. It is clearly found in Ahadeeth that the one who goes to astrologer and believe on his statements, become the disbeliever and doesn't have any connection with this religion which the Prophet has presented.
Many astrologers in Arab used to claim the knowledge of unseen. Jin and devils used to give them the information. Stargazers also unreliable like astrologers. It is disbelief to believer on stargazer and his statements. It can not be denied that stars have effect on the movement of sky, changes of seasons, Increase and decrease of summer & winter, Ripening of fruits and crops and other works. But it is wrong to consider them evil or virtuous for increase or decrease of these things.Even if the increase of crops in an area becomes a mean of blessings, its being evil or virtuous is not considered by Shariah.If it was considered in previous religions, the religion of Muhammad (peace be upon him) has dissolved their rulings.  


Hope of the blessings of Almighty: It is a disbelief to lose hope of Almighty’s blessings and no one except disbelievers are disappointed of Almighty’s blessings. No matter how sinful a believer is, he is never disappointed by the bounty of the lord. It is necessary to believe that repentance lead to forgiveness of sins by the grace of the Almighty. Just like it is disbelief to lose hope on Almighty’s blessings, it is also disbelief to be careless from his wrath. Only disbelievers and whom the wrath of Almighty will fall can be free of Almighty’s fear. The doors of blessings and gifts are opened for them so that neglect the remembrance of the ALmighty and become arrogant. And he is not aware when he is chased.


Importance of belief and fear : Faith is in between hope and fear. Regarding hope it should be noted that, if suppose only one person will enter Heaven, then he should be hopeful that he will enter it.And when it is heard that only one person will enter hell, then he should be afraid that the one is myself.  


It is a statement of esteemed scholars that fear of the almighty should dominate in the lifetime, but at the time of death, the hope of Almighty's blessings should command. This is the sign of being virtuous and this is the indication towards the faith between faith and fear.

I have not described any thing about the deviants  and neither discussed the narrations of deviants. I have tried to present the what is required by being far from the hurdles of discussions, derivations and different views. I have taken this approach so that the seeker of truth does not face the confusion and surprise by the arguments of Ilm ul-Kalaam & technicalities of Philosophy, and he doesn't face any problem in accessing the meanings and reaching the goal. Almighty is the lord of strength and on his hands strength of research…


Real essence of Things: Essence of everything is clear and proved. The foundation of all beliefs and and rulings is only on this fact that everything has an essence and this essence does not depend upon anyones understanding or believing, and also it does not depend upon the views and illusions. Like water is water in reality and fire is fire in reality only, and it can never happened that if fire is supposed to be water or water is interpreted as fire, the essence of these things will change because of this belief or view.   If we start saying hot as cold and cold as hot then hot things will not become cold or cold things will not become hot. People who have this belief are called ‘Saufastaai’.  This belief is wrong and frivolous from all the aspects of intellect and rulings.  No sane person will say that essence of water and fire are just imaginations and illusions.


There is one more group like saufastaai which doubt regarding everything, that weather a thing is present or not, so much so that they even doubt their own existence. This statement of their is unsane and meaningless. Oral discussion and debate with these people will be useless. The only remedy for these people is that they are burnt in fire so that they understand  the existence of fire by the hotness of fire. World will be free of these insane if they die and our mission will complete.


Universe is Originated: This universe is originated and not eternal. Other than the Almighty and his attributes, all other things are originated. Everything has come into existence from non-existence and are not eternal. Prophet peace be upon him said : Almighty was always present and there was nothing with him.


Intellectual proof is that the universe is a place of changes and events and which has these can not be eternal because eternal can never have changes and events, it remains in same state. Almighty and his attributes are like this, there are no scope of changes and replacements in these. His honor is high and his proofs are strong.


Universe is mortal : The universe is present but will perish.
Almighty says : Everything other than him will perish.  
in the light of this verse Angels, heavens and hell etc are also mortal and will perish, though for a moment. Almighty will grant them existence after they perish, this is his blessing and authority.


Universe has a Creator:  The universe definitely has a creator who created it from nothing to present. Because when universe is originated and originated is something which comes into existence from nothing, so an immortal presence is compulsory to bring originated from non-existence to existence. Because this universe is not eternal so someone brought it from non-existence to existence and created it, and he is one who is the creator.


He is eternal: He is eternal because creator of Universe should be eternal.  If he is originated then he will be a creature of Universe and can not be creator. His existance is must, he is sustained by himself, he doesn't need anyone else because needy of someone is possible but can not be must. It is required that the presence of everything ends on the one who is present other this … and this is illogical.


He is One : He is one. He said that he is one and only without doubt. The fact is there is no one except him to create the universe and maintain its system.


He is alive, wise, powerful and authority: Whatever he does, he does it with his wish and authority. He is not under any repression or compulsion, because creation of such a large universe, in which great virtue and agreement is found is impossible without these attributes. A dead, insane  and unauthorized person doesn't have the ability to run this system. These attributes (life, knowledge and authority, wish) are found up to some extent in his creatures also.If he wouldn't be absolutely possessing these attributes   how he would have given these attributes to his creation?


He is speaker, Samee & baseer : Almighty is pure from all types of impairment and errors. Quran is witness to these attributes.
